Course Terms and Learner Responsibilities

Elijah Kim trading as Scale Globally With Eli (SGWE), ABN 77 118 990 283
Version: 13 October 2026 | ClickBank purchases worldwide only

1. Worldwide scope and your purchase

These terms apply to Idea To Inventory and the digital course materials, calculators, workbooks, bonuses, AI skills and templates that SGWE supplies to you under an order which presents these terms before purchase. They apply to purchasers worldwide. Your order identifies the items, price, currency and payment arrangements you have selected. A tool offered for separate payment is included only if your order expressly includes it.

References to a country, product or marketplace are educational examples, not confirmation that a method or product is permitted everywhere. Requirements differ between jurisdictions and change over time. These terms supplement the specific promises made for your purchased item; they do not remove those promises or apply retrospectively to an earlier purchase.

2. Education, not individual professional advice

The materials provide general education and research assistance. They are not personalised legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, engineering, product-safety or regulatory-compliance advice. Purchasing them does not appoint SGWE as your lawyer, accountant, compliance adviser, manufacturer, importer, authorised representative or agent. Obtain suitably qualified independent advice for your circumstances and each relevant jurisdiction before acting.

3. Your products and every market you enter

You are responsible for assessing, selecting, designing, sourcing, manufacturing, importing, advertising and selling your products and for the decisions you make in your business. Before ordering samples or stock, listing or selling, independently establish and meet the laws, mandatory standards and platform requirements applicable in every country of manufacture, transit, importation, storage, advertising and sale.

This includes product safety; testing and certification; genuine and current compliance documents; registrations, licences and approvals; traceability; labelling, warnings, instructions and packaging; consumer claims and warranties; intellectual-property and brand clearance; customs and import restrictions; product-liability insurance where appropriate; and incident reporting, recalls and other post-sale obligations. Using a course example, supplier template, checklist or AI output does not establish compliance or transfer these responsibilities to SGWE.

4. Tax, customs and legal obligations

You are responsible for obtaining advice and meeting your own business obligations, including entity registration, contracts, bookkeeping, income tax, GST, VAT, sales tax, duties, customs classification, filings and reporting wherever they apply. Verify applicable fees, rates, thresholds and rules with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser. This allocation concerns your business obligations and does not transfer SGWE's own tax or legal obligations to you.

5. Verify the data and all tool outputs

Verify the accuracy, completeness and currency of your inputs and all outputs before relying on them. AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Calculators depend on the assumptions you enter. Supplier information, certificates, reviews, estimates, fees, exchange rates, intellectual-property searches and marketplace policies require independent checking.

A GO, NO, HELD, score, shortlist or proposed improvement is a research aid, not certification, legal clearance, supplier approval, investment advice or an instruction to buy stock. Obtain real quotations, inspect samples, confirm testing and documents, and check actual landed costs and margins before committing funds. SGWE does not guarantee a supplier's identity, conduct, solvency, goods or performance.

6. Business risk and third-party services

No particular sales, profit, margin, ranking, account approval or other business outcome is promised. Historical results and worked examples are not predictions of your results. You make your own spending and business decisions, including expenditure on samples, stock, freight, advertising, software and professional services.

Amazon, AI providers, payment services and suppliers operate under their own terms. The course is independently created and is not sponsored, endorsed or approved by Amazon. Any SGWE Service Provider Network status does not mean Amazon has approved this course, its outputs or your products. SGWE is not responsible for third-party conduct outside its control, subject always to section 8.

7. Allocation of responsibility and liability

Subject to section 8, and only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGWE excludes liability for loss, damage, cost, claim or expense to the extent arising from your independent business decisions; your products or their manufacture, importation, advertising, sale or use; your failure to meet product-compliance, intellectual-property, tax, customs or other legal obligations; inaccurate information you provide; or the acts or omissions of independent third parties outside SGWE's control.

This exclusion does not apply to the extent the loss results from SGWE's breach of a non-excludable legal obligation. It does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. You do not indemnify SGWE for SGWE's own wrongdoing. Section 7 must be read with, and is limited by, section 8.

8. Mandatory consumer and other rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, cancellation right, remedy or other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This includes rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any mandatory law applicable to your purchase, including protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.

Those mandatory rules prevail over any conflicting provision. Your acceptance does not waive them. Any invalid or unenforceable provision is ineffective to that extent; the remaining provisions continue only so far as legally permitted. The refund promise below is additional to, and does not replace or shorten, your statutory rights.

9. 60-day money-back guarantee

Each purchased digital item is covered by the 60-day ClickBank money-back guarantee. To request a full refund of the amount you paid for that item, email eli@scalegloballywitheli.com within 60 days of its purchase and identify your order and the item. Do not email payment-card details.

The commercial guarantee refunds the purchased digital item. It does not reimburse your separate expenditure on samples, stock, freight, advertising, software or other business costs. This distinction does not limit compensation or any other remedy required by mandatory law. Refunding one item does not automatically cancel separately purchased items. Statutory remedies may be available outside the 60-day period.

10. Access, permitted use and privacy

Use the materials personally and in your own business. You may adapt templates and outputs for your own business, but must not resell, redistribute or publicly share the course, original templates or skill files, or give others your login. Delivery and access are as described for your order; contact SGWE if access fails.

Personal information is handled under the SGWE Privacy Policy at https://scalegloballywitheli.com/privacy. Agreement to these purchase terms is separate from any optional marketing consent. These terms do not authorise unlawful collection or disclosure of information.

11. Governing law and questions

Subject to mandatory laws and rights applicable to you, these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent you using a court, regulator or dispute-resolution process available under mandatory law in your own jurisdiction. Contact eli@scalegloballywitheli.com about the course, access, refunds or these terms.

12. Acceptance and later updates

Before completing an order, review these terms and the summary beside the payment button. By actively accepting them at checkout, you agree to their lawful provisions and acknowledge your responsibility for independently checking your products and business obligations. Acceptance does not certify that you have already obtained approvals and does not waive section 8.

The version presented for your order applies to that purchase. Later updates will not retrospectively reduce your existing purchase rights. Merely receiving or reading this manual does not establish that you accepted new terms after an earlier purchase.
